Zandier, Jr. As the recipient of this treatment, you covenant and agree that, for a period of three (3) years from and after the date of treatment you will not engage directly or indirectly, individually or as a business or corporate entity, in any use of energy psychology using the knowledge or techniques gained herein in any market within which the Company or any affiliate of the Company now conducts or at any time during such period may conduct.
